As our clients, You receive Your account at Neotel Helpdesk centre, which allows You to report every problem or You might have, as well as questions and support information You need through the web. Your request is distributed immediately to the responsible technical person via sms or e-mail, so You will be services as soon as possible.

You also receive web access to our monitoring servers for uninterruptible 24 hours bandwidth and application monitoring and detailed reports (graphical and tabular) about Your service for the given time intervals.
